What exactly are you buying?

Prepaid service credits for AI model inference, also called AI Token credits. Model Tokens themselves are the units used to meter inputs and outputs.

A few things to know before you start

Are these cryptocurrency or tradable Tokens?

No. AI Token credits are prepaid AI API service credits. They are only for model inference, cannot be transferred or traded, and are not financial products.

How is my purchase delivered?

Credits are added instantly to the user account associated with the order after successful payment. Delivery is entirely digital. Keep your order and payment reference and contact support if credits do not arrive.

Do credits equal a fixed number of model Tokens?

Not necessarily. Credits are your service balance; model Tokens are metering units. The number you can use depends on the model, input and output usage, and applicable rates.

Can I request a refund or cancel?

You may stop future requests at any time. Contact [email protected] to request a review of unused paid credits, duplicate payments, missing credits or billing disputes. See the refund and cancellation policy for details. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
