Scope & operator
These terms cover access to haoduo.ai, purchases of prepaid AI API credits, and use of the console and model inference services. The service is operated by haoduoAI under the brand 好多 AI / Haoduo AI. Contact: [email protected]. Any separately signed enterprise agreement applies according to its legally valid terms.
Eligibility & account security
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into and perform these terms and be authorized if acting for a business. Users who cannot contract independently may use the service only where legally permitted and with required guardian arrangements. Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials and API Keys. Disable affected keys and contact us if you discover exposure or unauthorized use.
Service & third-party models
Haoduo AI provides AI API relay and prepaid credit management, connecting to models including OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini through an OpenAI-compatible interface. Available models, features, parameters, regions and restrictions are described in the console and integration instructions. Third-party models and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References do not imply official partnership, agency or endorsement.
Credits, payments & billing
Your purchase is prepaid AI inference service credit, also called AI Token credit. Credits are non-transferable, non-tradable, earn no investment return and are not financial products. Credits arrive instantly after successful payment. Requests are charged by actual usage at applicable rates. A credit balance does not equal a fixed number of model Tokens. Check the amount, currency, taxes, credits delivered, validity and restrictions shown in the console and order before purchasing.
Rates & billing records
Model rates may change with service costs or availability. Applicable rates are published in the console or relevant pages; changes do not retrospectively alter properly settled requests. Review usage and billing records and email [email protected] for a review of suspected errors. Input, output, cache and other modalities follow the billing rules published for the relevant model.
Acceptable use
Follow applicable law and clearly disclosed third-party usage requirements. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, unauthorized access or other unlawful conduct, bypass access restrictions or abuse system resources. You must have the rights, authorization and legal basis required to process and submit data you provide.
Your content & model outputs
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs. To fulfill your requests, content must be processed and routed to the selected model service. Rights to use outputs depend on applicable law and relevant model terms. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other users’ results. Review them for your use case and do not use them as the sole basis for professional decisions.
Privacy & data processing
See the privacy policy for account, transaction, request metadata and model-content processing. For customer or third-party data, provide necessary notices and authorization and minimize submitted data. Data arrangements may differ by model service. Before submitting sensitive or confidential information, contact [email protected] to understand arrangements for your selected service.
Availability & changes
Model providers, networks, maintenance and other factors may affect availability. We address service issues, but no particular uptime or service level is promised unless agreed in writing. Material changes are notified as required by applicable law and contract. Paid, unused credits are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.
Stopping use, suspension & termination
You may stop requests and email [email protected] to request account closure or a refund. Unlawful use, serious security risks or material breaches may require proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination. Where practical and legally permitted, we explain the reasons. You may raise an objection by email. Unused credits follow the refund policy and applicable law and are not automatically forfeited because of suspension.
Liability & disputes
Each party remains responsible for liability imposed by law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable liability or mandatory consumer rights. For disputes, first contact [email protected] to seek a resolution. Unresolved matters may be brought before a competent dispute-resolution body or court under applicable law.
Updates, languages & contact
Updates are published on the website. Material changes are notified as required, with separate consent where the law requires it. Chinese and English versions aim to express the same terms; differences are interpreted with reference to order terms and applicable law.
