好多 AI / Haoduo AI is operated by haoduoAI and sells prepaid AI API service credits. After successful payment, credits are added instantly to the account associated with the order. Delivery is entirely digital, with no physical shipment. Credits are only for AI inference, cannot be transferred or traded, and are not financial products.
Stopping future use
You may stop making new API requests and disable the relevant API Keys in the console at any time. Stopping use does not automatically submit a refund request. In-flight requests and valid usage already incurred remain subject to settlement. If you separately enable automatic top-ups or a recurring service, follow the rules disclosed when enabling it to stop future charges.
Unused credits & consumed services
You may request a refund review of unused credits purchased with actual payment. We check the amount paid, settled usage, promotions and refund records to determine the refundable amount. Properly billed inference already consumed is generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, services not provided or refunds required by law. Promotional credits and coupons have no independent cash value. Combined use of paid and promotional credits is calculated under the relevant order rules and usage records.
Duplicate payments, missing credits & billing errors
For duplicate payments, missing credits after successful payment or billing errors, contact [email protected] promptly with your order reference, payment reference and relevant request IDs. After reviewing payment, delivery and usage records, we address confirmed issues through credit delivery, billing correction or a refund, as appropriate. Do not send your password, full API Key or full payment card details.
How to apply
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include your account identifier, order reference, payment time, reason and requested resolution. We may request relevant evidence to verify ownership. After receiving sufficient information, we communicate the review outcome or request further details. You can use the same email to ask about progress.
Refund method & settlement
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method and cannot exceed the refundable amount actually paid for the order. Corresponding credits are removed to prevent reuse. If the original method cannot accept a refund, we agree a feasible alternative with you. Settlement times depend on the payment provider. Any applicable treatment of taxes or exchange differences will be explained before processing.
Statutory rights & changes
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Instant account credit does not itself waive statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Separate express consent or acknowledgement will be obtained where legally required. Material changes are published on the website; existing orders are handled under applicable terms and law.
